2. CRM Overview
Upon signing into the GolfBack Marketing CRM for the first time, we suggest you take a few minutes to look around and get comfortable with the location each module. At first, it may look like there is a lot to take in but, we are confident that you will navigate around the system like a professional.
Homepage | Overview
The first page you will see in the GolfBack Marketing CRM is the overview page shown in the image below. Here you will be able to quickly view some of the more important KPI’s of your marketing system. These KPI’s include:
- Number of contacts
- Contact total trend
- Overall interaction rate
- Interaction trend
- A list of your top automations
- A list of your most recent campaigns
- Top contacts
- Template Manager
Also, on the right side of the screen, you will see an up-to-date view of any recent activity.
If you wish to customize what is shown on the homepage, you can select the black box found at the bottom-center of the page.
Main Menu Navigation
On the left-hand side of most of the GolfBack Marketing CRM will be the main navigation menu. This menu provides quick access to the different modules within the CRM. Each will be described in greater detail in further articles. Below is a general summary for each module.
The contacts menu is where you can import/export contacts and maintain customer profiles among other functions. This section will store all the information you collect on each of your contacts.
The campaigns module is where most of your work will be done. Here you can draft and send email campaigns and manage your templates.
Most automations will be built with your input by our team. Although changing any automations is not recommended, if you wish to view or make changes to any automations, you may do so here.
Conversations is an add on feature that will install a chat widget on to your GolfBack custom website. This is aimed at our B2B clients however, if you wish to utilize this feature, please contact us.
The lists section will allow you to edit and create various lists for your email marketing contacts to live in. We set up the most used lists and recommend that this feature be left alone. If you need any assistance with setting up different segments for your CRM, we are happy to help.
