How to Configure Admin Alerts in GolfBack

Admin Alerts are a powerful tool for golf course operators, providing real-time notifications when specific events occur on your tee sheet. These alerts allow you to adapt quickly to scheduling changes and maximize your facility’s revenue.

Getting Started

To begin configuring your alerts:

  1. Log in to your account at gro.golfback.com.
  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Revenue Optimizer.
  3. Click on Admin Alerts.

Configuring Your Alerts

The Admin Alerts page features a variety of notification types, such as “Fill 3-somes,” “Utilization Alerts,” and “Prime Cancel.” Follow these steps to set up your preferences:

  • Identify Your Alerts: Scroll through the list to find the specific events for which you want to receive notifications.
  • Enter Contact Information:
    • Emails: Enter the email addresses that should receive the alert.
    • Text Phones: Enter the phone numbers for SMS notifications.
  • Lock in Entries: After typing an email or phone number, you must press Enter. The entry will appear in a colored “pillbox” to indicate it has been successfully added.
  • Enable the Alert: Ensure the Enabled checkbox is selected for each alert you wish to activate.

Saving Your Changes

Once you have finished entering your contact details and selecting your desired alerts:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  2. Click the Save button located in the bottom-right corner.

You will now receive automated notifications whenever the selected events occur, helping you stay on top of your course’s operations.
