Customer Pricing

“We believe that on any given day there are going to be slower times and we believe the customer should benefit from that. We make this possible by fluctuating our rates to give you the capability to pay less if you’re flexible with when you want to play.”

Frequently Asked Questions… And Answers:

Golfer: What are your rates?

Course: Mr. Customer, our golf course uses a customer pricing model.  Our rates fluctuate throughout each day and each week based on a number of factors that affect demand.  The best way to get pricing for our course is to check our website at xyzgolf.com where we have specials like our daily steal and great rewards.

Golfer:  Do you have anything available for Thursday afternoon around 1:00?

Course:  Mr. Golfer we have a 1:10, I would be happy to book for you right now at $X, but I want to remind you that our best rates can always be found online on our website. I encourage you to visit our website where we offer daily deals and great rewards.

Golfer:  Can I get the deal that I am looking at on your website right now over the phone?

Course:  Those prices are only available as online specials. Unfortunately my system doesn’t allow me to book you at those rates over the phone.  We do, however have phone rates that I can book for you right now over the phone, but our special rates and rewards can only be found online on our website.

Golfer:  I played golf today with a twosome that paid less than what I paid. How did that happen?

Course:  Those golfers booked their tee time on our website where you will always find the best rates. In the future, book your tee times on our website where you can find special rates and great rewards for booking online.

Golfer:  Why don’t you guys have standard rates posted anywhere anymore?

Course:  Our golf course now uses a customer pricing model, which means we offer many different prices throughout the day, week, month, and year. This approach to pricing helps to make the game more affordable to our golfers while allowing us to successfully operate the golf course by charging a little more in the highest demand times.
